Malba is a luxury residential subsection of Whitestone, which is located in the farthest north section of Queens New York. It is bordered by the East River to the north, College Point to the west, Flushing to the South, and of course Bayside to the East. It got its name from the 5 founders of the Malba Land Company and is a very upscale community in Queens New York. One of the reasons it is sought after are the unusually large houses for sale in Malba, unlike many of the squeezed lots in the rest of the borough.
